Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days remaining before your scheduled departure date. Earlier cancellations attract lower charges.

Once your cancellation is approved, here's how the refund process works:

Our team reviews your request, calculates applicable charges, and sends you a confirmation with the refund amount.
Once you confirm the refund amount, we initiate the refund to your original payment method.
