TravelGully is a travel services company that provides holiday packages, visa assistance, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and related travel services. Our services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Important: Please read these Terms carefully before making any booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
"Company/We/Us" refers to TravelGully and its authorized representatives.
"Customer/You" refers to the person making the booking and all travelers included in the booking.
"Services" includes all travel-related services offered by TravelGully.
"Package" refers to any combination of travel services offered as a single product.
2. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by TravelGully. A booking is confirmed only after we issue a confirmation voucher and receive the required payment.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate personal details including names (as per passport), dates of birth, and contact information.
Special Requests: Special requests (dietary requirements, room preferences, etc.) will be communicated to service providers but cannot be guaranteed.
Group Bookings: The lead passenger is responsible for all payments and communication on behalf of the group.
Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email within 24-48 hours of payment.
Note: Prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. We recommend booking early to secure the best rates.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary depending on the type of service and booking date. Please review the specific payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers.
EMI Options: EMI is available on select credit cards for bookings above ₹30,000.
Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Transaction Fees: Any bank charges or transaction fees are borne by the customer.
Warning: Failure to pay the balance amount by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, and cancellation charges will apply.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before the departure date. The following standard charges apply:

Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to Ekta@travelgully.com.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days.
Non-Refundable Items: Visa fees, travel insurance, and some airline tickets are non-refundable.
Peak Season: Stricter cancellation policies may apply during peak travel seasons and holidays.
No-Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
Tip: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
5. Travel Documents
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents including valid passport, visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation.
Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return travel.
Visa Requirements: Check visa requirements for your destination and transit countries well in advance.
Name Matching: The name on your booking must exactly match the name on your passport.
Health Requirements: Some countries require vaccination certificates or health declarations.
Travel Advisory: Check government travel advisories before traveling to any destination.
Important: TravelGully is not responsible if you are denied entry to any country due to insufficient or invalid travel documents.
6. Visa Services
TravelGully provides visa assistance services to help you with documentation and application submission. However, the final decision on visa approval rests solely with the respective embassy/consulate.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee visa approval. A visa rejection does not entitle you to a refund of visa processing fees.
Processing Time: Visa processing times are estimated and may vary based on embassy workload.
Document Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and genuine documents.
Embassy Fees: Embassy/consulate fees are non-refundable regardless of visa outcome.
Interview Preparation: Interview coaching is provided for countries that require visa interviews.
Success Rate: TravelGully maintains a 98% visa approval rate. Our experienced team ensures thorough documentation to maximize approval chances.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Coverage: Ensure your insurance covers medical evacuation, hospitalization, and repatriation.
Pre-existing Conditions: Declare any pre-existing medical conditions when purchasing insurance.
Adventure Activities: Standard policies may not cover adventure sports; purchase additional coverage if needed.
Claims: Insurance claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.
Included Insurance: Some of our packages include basic travel insurance. Check your package details for coverage information.
8. Limitation of Liability
TravelGully acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). Our liability is limited to the services directly provided by us.
Third-Party Services: We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel.
Delays & Cancellations: We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines.
Health & Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip.
Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected service.
9. Force Majeure
TravelGully shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure events).
